Processing

We prepare every order by hand. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from Solon, Ohio. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order of $75 or more.

Rates

Below $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery speed.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.

Gift cards

eGift cards are delivered by email and have no shipping cost.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

FAIR TO YOU, and to the jar

Unopened products

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Opened products

If you experience a reaction or a concern with an opened item, we offer returns within 7 days, provided the jar is at least 80% full and comes with a brief description and a photo.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, you choose: a full refund to your original payment method, or a store credit toward your next purchase.

If a return is not eligible

We’ll extend a 15% courtesy credit toward a future order — our way of saying thank you for trusting us.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping for verified product concerns or adverse reactions. For discretionary returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Not returnable

Final sale items, gift cards, and limited edition or custom bundles.
